Size guide
Step 1
- Place a sheet of paper on the floor, against a wall.
- Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
- Mark the point where your longest toe reaches.
- Measure the distance between the wall and the mark.
- Repeat the process for both feet.
- Keep the larger measurement.
Measure both feet and always use the length of the longer foot.
Step 2
- Observe the shape of your forefoot.
- If your toes are very spread out or your foot is especially wide, you will need a wider last.
- If your foot is narrow or medium, most models will fit you.
Not all feet have the same shape. Width is as important as length.

Verify that the chosen size leaves enough space in front of the toes.
General recommendation:
- Children - 8-12 mm
- Adult daily use - 10-15 mm
