Shipping area
Sapiens Barefoot currently ships to:
- Mainland Spain
- Balearic Islands
- Other European Union countries (subject to availability)

Processing times
Orders are prepared within 24-48 working hours from payment confirmation. During high-demand periods (sales, special campaigns, Christmas, etc.), these times may be slightly longer.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Mainland Spain, 24–72 working hours
- Balearic Islands, 24–72 working hours
- European Union, 3–7 working days
These times are indicative and may vary due to causes beyond Sapiens Barefoot's control (carrier, weather conditions, customs, etc.).
Shipping costs
Spain and the Balearic Islands
- Free shipping on orders over €199
- Standard shipping to the Balearic Islands €7.95
- Standard shipping to Spain €9.95
For the European Union, shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the destination.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery.
Shipping issues
If you notice any issue with your order (delays, loss, damage, etc.), contact us as soon as possible at hola@sapiensbarefoot.com
Sapiens Barefoot is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but we will do everything we can to help you resolve the issue.
Recipient absence
If the carrier cannot deliver the order because the recipient is absent, the order may be left at a pickup point or returned to origin.
If the order is returned to origin due to repeated absence or incorrect details, the cost of a new shipment will be borne by the customer.
Incorrect details
It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete shipping details. Sapiens Barefoot is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.
Transfer of risk
Once the order is handed over to the carrier, the risk passes to the customer, in accordance with current regulations.
